CVM 780 Contact VoltmeterTM

The new CVM-780 Contact Voltmeter combines the simple application of a digital voltmeter with a high entrance resistance and the low entrance capacity of an electostatic voltmeter in a small, battery-operated and transportable device.

Analysis Tool
This measurement device is a real electrostatic voltmeter not only a field meter. This means this device measures the real voltage without any influence by the electrostatic field, which could cause significant differences of the measurement results.

CVM 780
This CVM-780 uses an universal probe, which is already shielded from any interferences caused by the electrical field.

Application
The process, machines and devices as wel as accessories can be analysed with the CVM-780 to find out failure reasons according to the CDM (Charge Device Model) and the MM (Machine Model).

You can apply it as follows:

  • Circuit Board Traces
  • Automatic Test Contacts Conductors in process critical path
  • Handling the critical path
  • Connectors
  • Machine Parts
  • Placement heads
  • Handles
  • Carts
  • Personnel
  • Trays

Static Control Gloves

Electronic components and assemblies, so calles ESDS, may not touchedor handled  by normal hands. The connectors could get dirty and the soldering ability would be decreased as well as the connectors could corrode. Avoiding these problems, all employees must wear gloves.  Additionally, these gloves must also meet the requirements of ESD to eliminate risk sources of electrostatic charges. Different types of Static Control Gloves are available, which meet the ESD rquirements as such as clean room ones.

Available types: Thunderon (Kupfer-Acryl-Faser), Belltron (acryl-Naylon-Mischgewebe mit Carbonfaser), Polyester mit Carbonfaser

Available sizes: S, M, L, XL
ESD Handschuhe Belltron
